Making a Positive Impact

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in building a workout routine that doesn't feel like torture; and while there will be a lot of hard work along the way, the benefits of fitness are well worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and love adapting my program to new clients. I promise this will require effort, but I will never overwhelm you with work that isn't relevant to your goals. I want to help you build your body into a well oiled machine that enhances your life experience!

I am 75 years old and ran my first half marathon last year, placing 3rd in my age group.  Thanks to Ricky I lost 20 pounds and built a foundation of strength and speed that carried me to the finish line! Now I am setting my sights on more runs in beautiful places, Thanks Ricky!

I have been training with Ricky for two years and he has done wonders with helping me achieve my goals, along with incorporating a more healthy, active lifestyle.  I never really enjoyed exercising, but Ricky makes it fun while also challenging me to get to the next level.  He recently helped me get toned for my wedding day, looking at my pictures you can really see the difference Ricky's training has made!
